I could not be more satisfied with my recent real estate purchase and the experience with David and his team of professionals (Chelsy & Veronique). I found their way of doing business very honest and beneficial to me as an out of town buyer. I live five hours away and purchased the condo without having to make a trip out to view the property. I trusted what they told me about the condition of the condo and didn't see it until well into the process - the details of the property were exactly as they had informed me. There were no surprises. They were available to me when I sought their expertise during the entire process and continue to make themselves available to me even after closing. This is not my first real estate purchase but it is, by far, the best experience I have had.

Although we did not find anything that suited us, David was most helpful and especially patient with us throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time showing us around the area and describing, in great detail, the pro's and con's of each offering. We had spoken with other brokers in the area and David was, by far, the most knowledgeable and thorough of the lot. In our opinion, David deserves more than the five stars available and you can rest assured that we will use him again as we continue our search in the Destin area.
